Leadership Development MasterMind Program
Leadership Development Master Mind Program places emphasis on creating a consistent, communicative, transparent leadership team, focused on group success. Leadership Development MasterMind Programs are individualized programs, designed to support groups within the organizations to take their leadership skills, levels of influences and talents to the next level. The Leadership Development MasterMind Program is a blending of group and individual work to maximize application and integration of material.
Program Metrics and Goal Setting Every participant will spend their initial individual coaching session working with their coach to identify and quantify the goals they want to accomplish while in the program. Goals will be set, action steps identified, and agreed upon accountability will be put in place. A baseline survey will be completed at the beginning and again at the end of the program. Each participant will also evaluate the program as well as their individual coach.

Monthly Tele-class Topics Setting the Foundation Setting the foundation is all about creating clarity around expectations of participants, how the program works and beginning to understand the foundation philosophy that the program is based on. Dynamic Communication Dynamic communication is critical in any organization. Being clear, concise and direct allows all team members to be on the same page. This tele-class identifies patterns of communication and how they show up in team dynamics. Through the awareness of communication styles, participants will identify their own patterns and be able to modify behaviors to create dynamic communication.
Developing Trust If developed and leveraged, trust is the one thing that has the potential to create unparalleled success and prosperity in every dimension of life. This topic will take the inside-out approach to build trust with others by starting first with the individual participant through exploring integrity, intent, capabilities and results.
Influencing and Engaging Others The ways to effectively influence and engage others are by creating a vision, establishing a plan, clarifying roles and empowering team members to take ownership. Other ways to influence others is through role modeling, nurturing synergy as well as monitoring progress. This tele-class allows the participant to understand where they have personal opportunities to effectively influence others.
High Impact Relationships Relationships are critical for each and every work environment. In this tele-class we learn how to manage the relationships that are a bit more challenging than others. With the knowledge of five distinct choices, leaders are empowered to determine how they wish to show up in relationships while fully understanding that if they show up differently the relationship changes.
Emotional Intelligence Emotional intelligence is about understanding one’s own emotions as well as others. This class discusses the four dimensions of Emotional Intelligence. Leaders will conduct a self-assessment of their own emotional intelligence attributes and learn strategies on how to increase their overall level.
Problem Solving Creatively looking at situations as an opportunity as opposed to a problem is the gift of a true leader. This class helps the participant understand what opportunities need to be focused on and how to be able to understand the value of a solution. True problem solving is about creating a win-win approach to situations.
Productivity and Decision Making In this tele-class, we discuss and dissect the Energy Action Model to understand how overall beliefs about capabilities plus overall level of engagement affect everything that people do and do not do. The Energy Action Model pinpoints where team members are in terms of taking actions. Participants learn techniques on how to increase beliefs in capabilities as well as shifting from a low level of engagement to a high level of engagement.
Time Management and Balance Often leaders feel at the mercy of time and that they don’t have the time to do all that they need to do. This tele-class covers the importance of choice and priorities as well as how to effectively negotiate time to have time work with them. By taking a look at balance with how time is spent within 8 key areas, they can see where things are out of balance. This bird’s-eye view of time allows leaders to maximize the time they do have, to accomplish more and to find the right line of balance to remain creative, inspired and engaged
